Worst experience of my life! Waited in her virtual waiting room over an hour to only be told I need to reschedule to 4 days later. Then while I’m waiting in the virtual waiting room I received a text message confirming my appointment to the next day. When we finally was able to meet she was rude and short. Not even sure she has been educated. When asked if we could do an in patient appointment, I was told “ as long as we don’t no show her”. We scheduled and they changed it to a virtual appointment at the last minute. We are done! It only gets worse. Meds were not called in. Even though I explained I had only a few days left of meds. I was forced to reach out to the old doctor in California for medication. Called multiple time to only get a recording from 2020. And if the receptionist answered, her phone would cut out and was unable to speak. She sent me to the patient portal. After 4 messages and a week later I got a response saying my meds were sent in. This provider does not care about what you are going through. She will not even listen to a work you say. She made me cry most of the afternoon and made my depression and anxiety even worse from a 20 minute televisit.

Never happened. I received a link via text to check in for a video conference. I completed the check in, as stated on the link and was told to wait for further contact. The appointment time came and went without a call or text. I called the office 45 minutes after the scheduled appointment and the receptionist said she called me 2 times with no answer. I’ve been at my desk the whole time with the phone in front of me. No contact was attempted. Very unprofessional group here.

Raven's been really great to me & my 2 boys that come see her. She listens & I know that she genuinely cares about their wellbeing. On this last visit for my oldest son, he broke down in tears and opened up to her about a past trauma that he NEVER speaks about. He is stable on his medications & is truly experiencing an immense amount of growth because of Ms. Raven. She carefully monitors his meds & has fine tuned the dosage. She's seriously a master in her profession.

This doctor on the first appointment prescribed me on an antidepressant that was brand new that caused me to go to the ER. Raven Modisette's response was basically "oops" with a huge smile on her face. After that she changed my sleep medication, when I asked the side affects she said the normal ones that people only deal with 1%, cancelled all appointments after when I messaged her saying I couldn't stay for the virtual visit because she was making me late for work (which I explicitly explained I cannot do these 1-2 hour wait times since I was heading to work). Cancelled all appointments for next visit without warning. Stopped all refills but the one sleep medication that makes me so ill. I DO NOT recommend this psychiatrist at ALL, she is only in this business to sell you prescriptions so she can make quota at the expense of the safety of her patients. I would love for her to cover my $600 ER bill that she caused and wont take responsibility for.

Raven was the consummate professional. She eased my needs while patiently acknowledging all of my questions and concerns. I recommend anyone to visit with her for all of their mental health needs. I appreciate the service and am glad I found this practice.

Every appointment with Raven has been like speaking to an old friend, she motivates & encourages me to be strong and move forward. I have finally gotten to a good place because of a lot of the coping mechanisms she has introduced. If you need a provider who will service you without judgment than Raven is the best. Trust Me!
