Very rued and unprofessional
I went on-time for my appointment but the receptionist decided to take a patient in the exam room before me that initially walked in after me .When i asked the receptionist why she went in before me ,she said “shes a new patient”.So just because she was new and they wanted her to have a good experience with the office , they decided to skip me since i am a previous patient and take her in before me . They made me wait even though the exam room was empty and as soon as the new patient walked in within 5 minutes they took her in.When I complained to rana , she was very rued and she defended the receptionist , she asked me “do you want to do the exam ?” So its either i shut up and do exam or i leave. she didnt even apologize to me. This is not the first time the receptionist does that , when i complain about her they always say shes new,and nurse defends her.What a coincidence a new receptionist always on my turn.
