My experience with Preston is something that has consistently horrified practitioners I've seen subsequently and took me years to move past the trauma. Within 10 minutes of seeing me for the first time, Preston decided that I was an addict seeking drugs and diagnosed me with bipolar, dismissing my years of medical history, prior mental health diagnosis and treatment in another state. She gaslit me when the medications she prescribed made me sick, and threatened to have me regularly drug tested if I wanted to go back to my regularly prescribed medication.Having now received care from more diligent mental health professionals, I understand how incredibly reckless her actions were. I was lucky that things didn't turn out worse, had I stayed on that medication it could have caused life altering damage to both my physical and mental health. I am grateful to have walked away and gotten the help I needed from someone qualified.

I was extremely horrified at the neglect of care regarding Dr. Preston’s treatment. I was taken to the ER due to the misdiagnosis and incorrect information provided as it pertains to PTSD. I am a US Veteran with dozens of years of military experience as an officer, and I know what I mean when I evaluate doctors. Dr. Preston did not have that care that is so essential in medicine. On top of that, Dr. Preston had billing practices that were inconsistent, which cost me much more than it should have.
