Is rude, has no empathy or people skills, puts you on the defense... main goal is to deny care. Request someone else if you go to Redwood Urgent Care, I've had really good help from other people there, including techs, and there are nice people in the office too.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Was ready to get me out as soon as I got in. She was so sure of herself that any other input or background history wasn’t needed. Would never recommend to anyone. Not even the worst person out there.
