Talk Therapy
I saw Kehli-Anne over the course of 14+ months. She's a kind and receptive therapist who isn't afraid to push back on your belief systems, self-talk etc. I went for care with non-monogamus relationships but ended up discussing a lot more. Would highly recommend.
