Wonderful Provider. Gave answers to all my concerns

I am very fortunate to have Dr. Hu as my main doctor for my liver problem; and I am also very pleased to have Dr. Rachna Shah to care for me during this visit. Her knowledge with excellent communication skills, thoughtful, friendly, caring attitude was the highlight of this visit that put me at ease as a patient. The medical assistant, {staff name removed} was very helpful, patient and kind to my needs. I would like to thank them for making this great difference for me and their patients.

Eric was tremendously helpful and the provider was thorough and put me at ease

My appointment was at 9 a.m., got in the room at 9:25 and waited for the Nurse Practitioner another 15 minutes and she talked to me for about 4 to 5 minutes. That's all, that was all the visit. So I spent 45 minutes there but 2 or 5 minutes she saw me there and plus the nurse, the helping nurse plugged in wrong numbers in the chart. So, that was disappointing, we could have had a Zoom meeting or something, so she did receive it, just talk about things that I knew or is it for my family. But this was disappointing.

she is a great PA will use her whenever possible.

Of the dozens of medical providers I've seen, Rachna Shah is absolutely one of the best I've ever talked with. She is extraordinarily kind, intelligent, empathetic, and a joy to talk to.

First time in this well-appointed facility. From Check-in through the entire visit all personnel presented as interested in my well-being. Ms. Shah has excellent 'listening skills', was patient and asked good questions. Ms. Shah recognized I had an additional health concern also in her area of expertise and department which will be addressed in conjunction with the original reason for this visit.

PA Rachna Shah was wonderful. She took the time to explain everything clearly and answered all of my questions. I left the office with a clear understanding of the way ahead. It was a great visit overall and my appointment started promptly at the scheduled time, which is rare.

Everyone was patient, empathetic, professional and knowledgeable. I could not have asked for more.
