Rachelle Breanne Sterling is a Regional Manager who is employed by Select Rehabilitation, a Contract Solutions Therapy Company who is contracted by Lifespace Communities dba Abbey Delray North @2000 Lowson Blvd. in Delray Beach, FL.Rachelle is supposed to be a hands on regional manager who had zero knowledge of the poor treatment My Dad was receiving at abbey delray north during his (85) day stay, Until I had to make her aware of most of the issues My Dad had although I have not mentioned All of the issues we as a Family had at the facility, after the fact. The very fact that she was not aware of the Many issues My Dad had regarding the poor care he was receiving and the inability of her employees to affect change is an Abomination. In addition, after telling me that I should contact her with any other issues or requests, and after having made numerous requests of her and Select Rehabilitation, neither have responded to me.I suggest to stay far away from any associated facility
