Not Impressed
Saw Rachel Vines in Nov 2023 with TMJ issue of left jaw. The meeting was brief and resulted in her prescribing 3 medications and telling me to return in 30 days. I message back after 10 days to say my pain was increasing. I was told the medications prescribed took 2-3 weeks to be effective. On returning after the 30 days (early Dec 2023), I was not given a diagnosis but asked what I wanted to do. I requested a MRI to determine why I had jaw pain. Not sure why I was having to suggest next steps especially after seeing the bill for that visit. She agreed and said she would order the MRI. The order came the next day for a MRI on Jan 30, 2024 ( almost 2 months later) and follow up appointment for results on Feb 28, 2024. That did it. Waist of 2 months of my time. Not impressed so found another Dr.
