I really felt like I connected with Rachel more than any other therapist I had seen prior and I have seen many. She did ghost me on several appointments and would almost never respond to calls or texts. I still keep seeing her because I felt like I had a special rapport with her. The end came when she changed her hours and availability without once mentioning to me that this would be happening. All of a sudden I just could not schedule an appointment, and therefore my therapy ended abruptly and without warning. I tried reaching out to her by phone, text, email, and she never responded. That is truly horrible. Another thing, the whole year that I was seeing her she kept saying she was going to do a referral for me to get a neuro psych workup. I followed up with her several times about it but she never ended up doing the referral. She is unreliable and irresponsible.

Disappointing, so much potential, but she is unreliable. When you have her attention, she is wonderful, positive, uplifting. However, she ghosts some appointments without notice, or sometimes cancels right at appointment time. It's one thing for things to come up but this happens too frequently. We are taking time out of our day for the appointment, and therapy is extremely important, and she has a lack of concern or care for your time. Unfortunately.
