Telehealth
Rachel managed my medications and gave zero notice that she was leaving her old practice. I had no idea she left until I attempted to schedule my follow up. Literally had to pick the only person accepting new patients. Sent me somewhere else to do a diagnostic and didn’t even contact them to talk about the results. She had me verbally tell her the new things I was diagnosed with and then proceeded to be like “huh” like she was surprised with the diagnosis. I asked for spectrum testing and was told that “they don’t diagnose it in adults” and then she didn’t even request the test like I had asked.
