She is very thorough. She listens to the patient and actually remembers what you said the next time you see her! I've been seeing Rachel for about 2 years and she's always been the same. If there's something she doesn't know about, she will either research it or refer you to someone who can help. You can tell that's she not there just for a paycheck, she really cares about her patients.
