R. Looney was my former FNP under Harriet Tubman Medical and Hill Health. To my regret, I began a new job and was forced to accept Kaiser plan under current employer. Rachel, unlike Kaiser listened and heard me. I didn't realize how valuable this was until I had to go to Kaiser. Wish I had her now.
