Before appointment with this counselor I was sent paperwork with an address on Sheridan When I went to that address there was no office there. Called the number on the paperwork and on the web site. No one answered the phone and a message stating that the number not working blaming Cox just leave a message with no updated number or updated address. Rachel calls back and does not accept responsibility for their errors that caused a customer confusion & major inconvenience told me a customer to talk to Clarissa about this instead of being a patient advocate & handling it herself. Not my responsibility to fix their errors & didn't have appointment with office help. Due to the fact that Rachel's company was called out on not answer phones, giving out wrong address she retaliated by telling my son a disabled child who took the day off of school for the appointment to come to the appointment & when he got there refused to see him. We walked out. Depraved indifference to clients.
