Rachel showed me several brands of hearing aids, with the pros and cons of each. She allowed me to try them out for a period of time so that I could determine which felt best in my ears and offered the best improvement in my hearing. She is professional yet friendly and made the entire experience of getting hearing aids much easier than I had anticipated. I would definitely recommend her to anyone needing help with hearing.
