Dr. Brown demonstrated exceptional kindness and expertise during the consultation. Her genuine concern for my child's well-being was evident throughout the appointment. The overall experience was highly satisfactory, characterized by courteous and well-trained staff. I highly recommend their services.

Great Experience!
We have been to Dr. Brown for years and couldn’t be happier with our experience. She always is thorough and takes time to explain things till all our questions are asked. She even re-explained everything when Grandma wanted to come to an appointment and answered all of her questions. Given they are a specialist, I was prepared to have long wait times, but the office has always ran smoothly.

Dr. Brown does not take the time to explain anything about the child's condition, just hands you a flyer. If you ask questions, she short answers you, and she has no compassion for your struggle with the situation. And she doesn't check your child's eyes, only the nurses. My child has amblyopia, and instead of starting with patching, like she should have, she went straight to glasses, not even mentioning patches until 2yrs later. She has essentially ruined my child's eyes. Her response to my concern, "oh, he'll get used to it." I should have listened to my gut after the 1st appt, but I didn't, and I hate myself for it now.

At first Dr. Brown seemed sweet and nice, but by the third visit it was different. She said she couldn’t help my 2 &1/2 year old anymore until he learned to be cooperative. We had been patching for eye issues and after 6 months he began resisting. I called and spoke with their office about tips to help him cooperate and they said to hold his hands together for the two hours a day he was required to patch. I rescheduled and canceled his next few appointments, then they refused to schedule again.
