Having recently experienced difficulty with osteoarthritis, I was fortunate to see Rachel for this condition. I cannot compliment her and recommend her highly enough. She listened to my concerns, drew on her knowledge and skills, explained my options well, and best of all has a wonderful bedside manner including friendliness, attentiveness and expertise. Great listener and reasonable problem solver!
Rachel is amazing. Very friendly and welcoming and a great listener. Explains everything in terms that are easily understandable and offer solutions that makes sense. I am 42 years old, and have been struggling with unordinary bone fractures… I was referred to Rachel by my ortho and we got to the bottom of the issue! She immediately started me on preventative measures and gave a reasonable plan going forward! Would highly recommend!

Retired Teacher On The Path To Recovery
I was so impressed with Ms. Rachel’s knowledge of the pain I was experiencing just by looking at my X-ray. She showed me where and why. Then, she suggested Physical Therapy for a few months. Later on I received a Cortisone Injection by a highly qualified physician. The service and care I received were astounding. I now can have the Hip Replacement without any fear. Every possible step was taken to make my life mobile without pain. I am no longer afraid to take the big leap of a Hip Replacement. Thanks to you Ms. Rachel Bates for your support and professional care.
