I saw Ms. Queenie Basa on April 10, 2017 at the Kaiser Permanente Orchard medical facilities in Downey, California. She appeared completely professional and was 100% knowledgeable about my ailments concerning edema in my lower extremities. She made accurate diagnosises and made me feel like I was a VIP patient under her care. I felt fortunate to have Kaiser as my medical care provider thanks to the care I received from Ms. Basa that afternoon. Thank you Ms. Basa for your expertise and caring.
