Prior to seeing Dr. Gupta I thought everything was very good at UTMB. But once I got in to see her, my experience changed. Without going into all the detail, I will just say I found her rude. In fact, I have not made a follow-up appointment because I will not go back to her. It is too bad, because the people who actually did the work (the people who examined my eyes, greeted me at the door, helped me pick out my glasses, fitted my glasses) were great. But Dr. Gupta was awful. I talked to co-workers who said the same thing. She needs some re-training in "chair side" manners.
