WORST PROVIDER I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE!!!
Telehealth
'ZERO STARS is the rating I would give Pinkie Fitts. She was the worst provider I have ever had in my life! She refused to fill my prescriptions for 4 months (prescriptions that I have been on for 20 years). Prescriptions that her colleague filled but she refused to. She was very condescending when she spoke to me. I definitely felt like she had an issue with my race. I have never been treated as poorly as I was by Pinkie. This went on for months. She messed up prescription orders and scheduled an appointment with me and never showed up and never called to cancel. Like the other review said, if you don't want your medications filled and want to be talked to in a condescending manner and your needs ignored - Pinkie is your gal!'
