Office is nice and everyone is very kind. The doctor is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He really listens. The appointment did not feel rushed and I felt taken care of. Great first experience at this practice.

This office runs like a well oiled machine. One person checks you in. A technician records your medical history and checks your eyes The next person takes you to see the doctor. The doctor comes within five minutes. Checks everything out and then gives you his analysis. Then you get taken to check out and then sent out on your way

I received a warm welcome by Bnanna and directions where to sit. After a few minutes Big Sean the technician did my first exam. He was very patient and caring. Then sent me to a room where Dr. Deibele did a more extensive exam. He was very knowledgeable. Then he had Cat M take me back to the front where I met Angie. She introduced herself and explain about the choices of glasses and prices. Very friendly young lady. Final Joe checked me out and answer all my questions. The atmosphere there was great.Highly recommend this place.

I came in for a regular checkup and it was great. The office has the latest technology that is quicker and less intrusive.

This is the 1st eye exam out of multiple eye exams that my husband has had and he didn’t complain. We both were very impressed with the office from the time we entered the door. Yesenia checked us in. Johana was very thorough with her exam and describing everything she was doing, Dr Deibele was awesome. I was impressed with Tiffany imputing what Dr Deibele transcribed. Maria checked us out with ease. They put me and my husband at ease, especially by him being a recent stroke patient with side effects that left him using a walker because of eyesight and balance issues. I was afirst time patient. I was immediately greeted and filled out my paperwork with Yesenig. Sarah C ran several tests on my eyes and was very gentle.. Dr Dieble and his assistant were very knowledgeable and made me feel very at ease. The checkout process with Yvonne P was very easy and she was extremely friendly. Everyone was so professional and courteous from the time I walked in being greeted by Yesenia, to Big Sean my first tech, to my 2nd tech Sailyn. Jen and Dr. Deibel were very professional pleasant. Cat M. walked me back to the front and Kim assisted me in the optical area and Daphne checked me out. This process was the smoothest process I’ve ever seen in an ophthalmology office. Not a beat was missed! I would recommend Dr. Deibele any day!

It was an “emergency” and they fit me in the same morning. He was professional, explained everything and told me what to expect. Everyone from Dee, Kelly, Cat, Yvonne, Jen and Dr. Deibel helped to make the appointment run smoothly and professionally.
