The way this NP treats patients is appalling. He's patronizing, dismissive, and unresponsive. He puts his efforts into covering up his mistakes instead of trying to fix them. Helping the patient is at the bottom of his list. This entire practice has gone terribly downhill. I've been a patient at this practice for nearly 2 decades, through multiple location moves, but I'm leaving.
