Very pleasant, very thorough. Took time to address my issues with getting a proper ex for glasses. He also found the answer to a problem that I had over 2 yrs ago that was not found by an Opthalmologist, retina specialist and cornea specialist after all three did different exams! I would highly recommend him for your visual needs.

Dr. Stephens' office did not ever return my call to schedule an appointment as a new patient. I called three times on three days. Could not reach a real person. Left a message three times. No follow through from his staff.

Dr Stephens is a caring, professional optometrist. I was dealing with shingles in my eye and going to another OD who ignored my symptoms. Dr Stephens discerned the problem the shingles had caused and promptly started treatment. I would not go to any other optometrist!
