This person is a rank amateur who gives questionable advice. He thinks that people should be ab le to lose 100 pounds easily every six months which everyone knows is ridiculous. If this were true and it was that easy to lose weight, there wouldn't be any obese people in the country. He also violates professional ethics and since I have worked with mental health professionals, it's obvious to me his standards are non-existent. He also makes appointments without first consulting you.
