Phillip Long, MSW

In late 2024, I entered into therapy with Phillip Long after the tragic illness and death of my 38 yr. old son, Eric, from brain cancer. With Eric’s wife, I was his primary caregiver. This traumatic ordeal left me with a lot of difficulties. Phil provided me with a safe emotional environment to process through the trauma and begin to heal. He has a sensitive, caring style coupled with an intuitive approach that is responsive to the client?s needs. Mr Long is skilled in a knowledge base of psychology that includes Internal Family Systems and up-to-date techniques such as EMDR. He is flexible with his scheduling and always available to his clients, particularly when one is experiencing a rough patch. He is comfortable serving all ages including seniors like myself. In summary, I highly recommend this practitioner for anyone or any family that is in need of psychologic help particularly if it involves trauma or acute emotional difficulties.March 25
