Philippe did a mental health evaluation on me several years ago as part of a court order. He comes across as pompous and arrogant. I was pretty nervous about the evaluation and I felt that we were getting along pretty well. Boy was I wrong! His opinion of me was negative. I went to a reputable mental health institution and passed with flying colors. Philippe is a self riotous individual that does not take into account that a person can change and learn from their mistakes. Do not go to this guy if you want a fair and honest assessment completed!
