Was not helpful at all. Lucky I found a Doctor that was able to help. I hope you get a second opinion if you see Dr. Whatley.

My personal experience was incredibly positive. I finally felt validated and Dr. Whatley took the time and effort to explain my test results and offer real solutions to me. I have spoken with many specialists regarding my health problem, and was expecting the same rather quick and hurried treatment. I felt that Dr. Whatley was truly invested in my case.

Dr. Whatley was extremely rude. He did not accommodate me for my disability. Was boastful and inconsiderate to my needs. He pulled in his whole staff to humiliate me because of a misunderstanding. My test visit was very stressful and I do not recommend him ever to anyone. The testing was told to be a no fail test and that was not how the test was given. I was in complete shock of his actions that day towards a patient of his.

Nearly impossible to get an appointment scheduled. Dr. Whatley is friendly enough, just incompetent. Facilities for assessments were old, rundown offices. He was very slow to respond with assessment results. His office never returned calls. His assessment write ups contained factual errors. His assessment result feedback was cursory and he spent very little time with me providing feedback (approx 5 to 10 minutes). Plus, they misquoted the cost and now are charging $1000s more than I was quoted.
