Philip Heden was rude, unprofessional, lacked empathy, and displayed the absolute WORST bedside manner. He was extremely short, snarky and BRASH to say the least. I would never see this practitioner again, even if my life depended on it. Needs supervision, guidance, and MUCH MORE training.

Unimpressed
Instead of doing his job as a physician, he asked me several times if I thought my issue might be one bodily system or another, like he was discussing with another doctor. He also asked me what tests i think i should have done. I'm not a doctor. That's why i went to see him! Did not seem confident and was very expensive compared to other providers at the same location ($430 for an office visit that was no help and where he didn't actually do any of the work.) He told me my issues did not seem to be related to certain things but in the after visit notes stated that he thinks my issues are indeed related to the thing he told me it wasn't. I left the appointment feeling discouraged and feeling like it was nothing but a huge waste of time and money.
