Left us high and dry
Our 97 year old father was his patient in a memory care facility. While Phillip was responsive for many months to our needs, he left abruptly and without notifying any of our family members. When we called him, his response was “we stopped servicing the facility”. This is unacceptable. We signed up for him to care for our father…a human being, not a facility. Shameful!!
