Peter Rodriguez, PA

Had a telehealth appointment with PA Rodriguez today at 11:30. Only after multiple calls and waiting through the lunch break, an the additional 20 minutes of wait time, I was finally able to get to speak with him and relayed my condition, signs and symptoms. I was met with very quick judgement and a condescending tone. He was rude and informed me that I should have been seen in the office. Whereas I do understand, for my condition, positive signs and symptoms require immediate treatment without testing. He continually informed me that he would never speak to me over the phone, and I would have to come in. Once again, I do understand being seen in person. However, with 20 years of practicing medicine in the military, this is something that can be handled over the phone and with a quick antibiotic prescription. The level of unprofessionalism was not warranted. The way he spoke to me as a patient has insured I will never see him again. 10 out of 10, would never recommend him as a provider

PA Rodriguez has taken very good care of our family when we have gone to Urgent Care or to his office. He is caring and understanding!
