Consistently ignored my concerns I shared with her and was hostile, told me to go somewhere else and didn’t provide me a with refill before abruptly ending our meeting. Got me confused with other patients and asked if i had memory issues. Highly unprofessional behavior

Recklessly discounted medication
Unfortunately Perpetua Eze, PMHNP discontinued several medications I have been prescribed by several other providers over the last couple of years. This leaves me in a bad situation. PMHNP Eze is a good conversationalist and a polite person, but I wouldn't recommend anyone with complex health problems attempt to get treatment from this provider.

Suddenly discontinued medication
Ms. Eze suddenly discontinued medication I had been on for over a year. I had been stable on a combination of medication for over a year. Unfortunately Ms. Eze discontinued my main course of treatment. She was polite about it, and she was more personable than a lot of providers, but left me in a really bad spot.
