Penny does not listen and would rather hear herself talk. She refused diagnostic tests on my husband and dismissed his problem. We are now seeing a surgeon a week and a half later. Negligent care is not care.

I recently moved here from another state and needed to find a primary care provider. Penny is very friendly and open to my suggestions concerning my health plan. I found her very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I would recommend her to anyone needing a pcp.

Penny has been so good to me. She explains everything she will tell you everything about your bloodwork and any other test she has done. She will get you another dr. For another problems she doesn't take care of. She is a friendly and caring person. Her staff are all so friendly. I would recommend her to anyone.

Before today, this doctor listened to my concerns and truly seemed to care. However, today was a different story. She half listened to all the things I was worried about and dismissed them as being nothing. She didn’t check my labs, which should be done regularly because of my thyroid disorder. I was basically a nuisance in her eyes today. The lady training under her was nicer, and I hope this poor bedside manner don’t rub off on her...watch out, she might be your replacement.
