caring and compassionate
She is an excellent communicator. Very knowledgeable and provides excellent care. She takes time to listen to me as a patient instead of rushing on to the next patient. It is obvious that she truly loves her profession and cares about her patient’s health.

I have enjoyed seeing Penny as my physician assistant. She is always pleasant and never seems rushed. Will ask questions and always asks if you have any questions or concerns. In my books she is a "rockstar" in medicine.
