Pavel spent a lot of time in our sessions interrupting and talking over me. It felt like he was trying to find a spot to talk to me about his philosophies, but was so focused on telling me his philosophies that he didn't listen to my context. I really wouldn't recommend seeing him if you have a trauma history, his interrupting was very invalidating and triggering and he did not respond in a helpful way to help work through the trigger. At one point I felt so minimized by him that I dissociated, he described that as 'weird'. Maybe some people respond well to his approach if they need aggressive motivation. He was very unwilling to take any other sort of approach or meet me where I was at. I also found it frustrating that he would interrupt me to correct me , only to then say he agreed with me after I worked really hard to get him to let me talk. He needs to be more self reflective of his bedside manner.

Gentle strength. He gives Sincere non judgmental attention. He offers realistic solutions. He doesnt ever give up in deepening his understanding of every person north south east west. Hes been a safe place for me in my weaker waves.
