Exceptional work ethic!
Pauline is always on top of things. Brings me such a sense reassurance that someone competent and attentive is looking after my Mom's health. Makes my life as an advocate to my cherished Mom so much easier..... I have a trusted partner to the quality of her care.

My mom lives in a nursing home hours away, and given the rough circumstances over the past year, been a blessing to know that she's being checked on frequently by someone caring and reliable like Pauline--who always calls me with updates and available to address my immediate concerns, even in the late evenings!
