I saw Paulie for PT after seeing an orthopedist about a sore elbow. He showed me some exercises for improving my elbow situation and also helped fix an issue caused by the elbow brace provided by my orthopedist. Each exercise came with a much-appreciated mini-lesson in the anatomy of the human arm and an explanation of how the prescribed motions would help improve the function of my elbow, wrist and forearm. I've since eased back into my normal routine and am pretty pleased with the results

I am passionate about my work and excited to have the opportunity to help people feel better. If I am not at work, I am likely spending time with my wife and 2 kids or riding my bike! I have lived in Minneapolis for most of the past 20 years and love all that it has to offer.
