Miracle-worker for my daughter
She helped my 19-year old daughter after two psychologists weren’t able to. She’s down to earth and was able to help my daughter process and understand the feelings that were driving her anxiety. Would recommend her to anyone.

I don't think she's a real therapist. Could cause great damage to someone who really needs mental health care.

Paula helped me face my anxiety and examine the root causes. She helped me to have more confidence in myself and take control of my life. My psych considers me high risk for postpartum depression and I now have the tools to help myself and stay off of medication, at least for the near future.
