If you feel you're under a thumb and a vacuum taking your life away. I was there and Paula showed me the path to get away from that. If you need help you still need that support. I'm way better now. Man, get help!

Paula Schaefer often shaves a few minutes off her 50-minute hour. She was cold when I was sobbing and panicking. Beware the first session, she drew me in with a fake sense of empathy. She often rescheduled appointments to suit herself, inconveniencing me. In our first meeting, I asked if she'd see me twice a week when needed. She said yes, but then when I faced deep trauma, she refused biweekly sessions even though she had the time. She does harm, not good. She has no compassion and broke trust.
