I began seeing Paula a few days postpartum after experiencing extreme symptoms of depression quickly after giving birth. I immediately connected with Paula because of her genuine compassion and knowledge of what I was going through, so I continued seeing her regularly for deeper issues. She is truly the reason I have been able to reach this point of healing and I'm beyond grateful to her for all of the tools she has taught me! Paula has great communication & scheduling is never difficult.
