I found Paula to be a delight! She was very personable with me and my family and spoke in a manner that we could understand. She was knowledgeable about my medical problem and was able to take care of it.

Self absorbed and rude. Hardly listened to what I was saying. She gave the impression that she couldn't be bothered.
