Very easy to communicate with, very thorough with intro questions to get a good idea of your history, and very easy to work with when getting medications adjusted.

I have been going to Dr. Wilken for over 2 years now and my son has been going to him for over a year. Dr Wilken is really easy to talk to and listens to what is going on in my life and lets me know what paths are available and then discusses them with me. Very satisfied with quality and level of care for me and my son. My son was really struggling in the middle of last year and within a few months of seeing Dr Wilken he has done a complete turnaround! Would recommend to family and friends.

That the Doctor listened to my needs and concerns and focused on helping me with exactly that.

Very considerate and understanding

I'd like to start by saying that the front desk staff are very patient and kind, which is especially great when you are as forgetful as I am. Mr. Wilken has been a truly outstanding provider; very easy to get a hold of, professional, and really puts focus on what an individual needs. In my travels, I've visited with a few different providers, and none have been as attentive or compassionate. I always feel comfortable at his office, and slightly unrelated but very neat: there is a therapy dog in the office that is super adorable.

I Have been working with Paul for many, many years and he is a kind, caring professional in the therapy field. Highly recommend Paul Wilken. He recently moved to Therapy Resource Associates and their office staff and practices unfortunately are lacking, to say the least. They need to understand their practice/income is based on mental health patients and they need to be more understanding and patient. Some of their "office rules" just do not apply to everyday life and unavoidable last minute life events.

Paul has been amazing! My daughter was the first one to see him. When I called we needed to see someone ASAP and he was able to accommodate her in just a couple of days. Now my son and I have switched to see him. He listens and is always available when we need him. He has gone above and beyond for us! Staff is also been amazing! Definitely recommend Paul to anyone.

Since my first visit, Paul has been a great provider. He sat down with me and listened to my concerns regarding my health history and what I would like to do going forward. He made sure to ask me questions and made me feel comfortable and heard. Finding a provider that actually listens and shows care and professionalism is so hard, therefore I am very fortunate to have him help me through my mental health journey. He is extremely responsive to emails and any questions I may have regardless of having an appointment set up or not. He truly is there to serve you in the best way possible. Paul Wilken had shown great dedication to finding solutions to help my son where past providers have failed. He continues to think about other options and is willing to think outside the box. The medicines we have tried are helping my son to relieve his anxiety and is improving his quality of life.

We loved our experience at Therapy Resource Associates both with our therapist and seeing Paul Wilken for medication management. He was easy to schedule with, knowledgeable, and explained our options. He spent an appropriate amount of time with us at each visit, depending on our questions and concerns. Paul is concise in his process of getting to the root cause of what concerns you. He helped me with memory, concentration, and insomnia issues. He addresses the symptoms that you are experiencing with his knowledge of optimal treatment options and his clinical expertise. I feel that I am in good hands with my current treatment and any other concern that may arise.

Paul always listens, I’ve never had a visit where I don’t feel heard. I don’t feel rushed, and I feel like I can be open about everything. He’s very knowledgeable with medications and he takes very good care of medication management. He is the best and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
