When I received the glasses made per the prescription I got from Dr. Willer on August 27, 2019 I could not see out of them. After many unfruitful adjustments by Costco employees, I was sent back to Dr. Willer so he could check the prescription. Without rechecking my eyes, he said the prescription was correct. After many more unfruitful adjustments by Costco employees, I used my old glasses until I could get another prescription from a different Optometrist. The glasses Costco made as per that prescription worked fine. Since I had had to pay for 2 prescriptions, I asked for my money back from Dr. Willer. He justified returning only $25.00 of the $69.00 I had paid for the exam by saying cataract and something else were part of the exam. I feel he should have returned the whole $69.00 since I had to pay that again. Further, checking for cataracts and a few other things are part of any exam.
