Dr. O'Brian went above and beyond to make sure I fully understand the treatment plan. Unlike most DRs he is also very easy to talk to and explains things in a way that is understandable.

Insurance problems. Reception staff unreliable for appointments and billing. Doctor in a rush and didn't seem to care too much about my pain.

I have been to quite a few different Chiropractic Offices in the Dayton area and this one is in a league of it's own. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. O'Bryan really takes the time needed on each visit to diagnose and treat. It's been a great experience every time I've been in for a visit.

Set up a course of treatment and never adjusted over time. Didn't really hear what my issues were. Charged for extra services after I paid in full. Misrepresented what insurance would pay or wouldn't pay. Didn't follow through on insurance.
