Caring and Professional
I was seen by Patrick Nolan APRN at Norton Audubon Hospital's ER on April 9, 2022. He was caring, prompt, and knowledgeable. He ordered the correct tests to diagnose me and ordered care. My nurse was very very slow to follow his orders. Before he left he told me he had given orders for my continued care. Something went badly wrong after that though. My care plan broke down. Either he forgot to write the order, the nurse refused to follow his order, my new physician changed the order or someone lied. If I get a satisfactory answer to this question I will change this to five stars.
