I was referred to Dr. King for physical therapy following knee replacement surgery. I'd had a complication that caused my knee to bleed internally, and as a result the knee was so swollen that a month after surgery I could barely bend it. I was worried that the therapist would push me into exercises that did not take the degree of swelling into account. Dr. King - Patrick - was wonderful. He started me gently and built my strength gradually. He was responsible for my successful recovery.
