I went in for a few referral (i had been waiting for this appointment for months) and she told me if i wanted the physical or the referral because we can’t do both. She also explained to me what a pap smear was when i clearly stated what it was, making me feel stupid. one of my referral was for my back and that i would like to see a chiropractor but i need a referral from her, and one for my nose, which i can only breath from one side. Her response to the first one was that she’s not too fond on chiropractic, and that my back doesn’t look that bad, that a tenis ball can fix my backache. As for my nose, she also said that it looked okay to her, but i can go to an ENT and explained what an ENT is, when i clearly know what they are. She was also saying that because i’m not from USA, I don’t know the difference between counselors and therapists, and that is the last time i’ll ever deal with such unprofessionalism.

very good experience with her. she listen and help you as much as she can. I will not forget her, she helps me conceive just by giving some advises and listening to me. keep working like that.

Horrible Her lack of knowledge and empathy are her strong points. She likes to give you an aspirin and refer you elsewhere. Her nurses care more than she does. Sad but true. She shouldn't be practicing anything, in my opinion.
