Outstanding
Pat takes the time with you it's not a rush rush visit. Any concerns you have she goes over and makes sure you are both on the same page. The office staff from front desk to her MA are friendly, easygoing and make you feel comfortable. I love the fact that you can joke around with Pat and her staff. It's not a stiff office which I hate. And she remembers even the smallest thing you talk about.

I saw her for the first time today. For initial encounter I found her to be uncaring and flippant. She was quick to refer me out instead of listening to me. I felt that my care was not individualized that she was grouping my symptoms and treatment with a generalized philosophy and bias about my condition.
