Patricia Kelly, CNP

Patty Kelly has been my doctor for more than 10 years and remember that I left school (Lakeland Community College 2012) because my heart wasn't beating correctly which I truly thought that I was experiencing a heart attack. So, I drove myself straight to the doctor (Patty Kelly) office (Tri-Point-Northcoast Practice and explained to Patty Kelly what I was feeling and at the same time, I begin sharing a traumatic story that I was currently going through, because I felt that my world was falling apart. Long story, short....I has recently learned that my twin sister stole my identity and ran my good credit into the ground close to $35,000 less than 2 years...SMH!!!Nevertheless, my doctor, Patty actively listened to my story and said to me that ' You'll get through this challenging trail.' I stood up and she said to me, 'give me a hug.' I knew that she had a beautiful heart that she wears on her sleeve. I hope that she NEVER retire :) Selena C

During my visit, Patricia was very disrespectful. Instead of helping me with my health issues, she decided to intimidate me and make me feel like I was inferior to her. I will be changing providers and I would NOT RECOMMEND!

Patty really cares about her patients and their well-being ??

Patty Kelly is knowledgeable, caring and compassionate. She goes way beyond for her patients. Patty Kelly literally saved my life by caring. She put me on the path I needed to be on and stuck with me. There were times I didn't want to do what I needed to do but Patty did not give up on me. She kept on me, to make correct decisions to be on a better path. I don't know where I would be without Patty but I know it wouldn't be where I am.

Patty was great for me. She was kind & compassionate. She was focused on taking time with me to understand a very complex situation. I think she saved my life. Stress would have killed me if she hadn't paid attention & been patient with me. She has a knack for being kind, but direct. She challenged me enough to make me want to get better without preaching & condescending. I do not trust most people, but I trust Patty.

Ultimately, I felt bullied for exercising my patient rights. I originally went to see Ms. Kelly because I’d been told she did things differently, which apparently meant that she smiles a lot while she stares at the computer screen. Between getting bent out of shape because I used a different lab than the ones she recommended, and writing a prescription for antidepressants for anxiety (neither of which I’d ever been diagnosed with before) then calling me repeatedly after I told her I wouldn’t fill it until I saw a psychiatrist (who was puzzled by her behavior when I asked him to send her something so she’d stop calling me to fill her prescription), I had to fire her. There’s a lot more that won’t fit into the character limits of this review, but it all lead me to believe that Ms. Kelly’s priorities are NOT with her patients. I won’t be bullied into complying with mediocrity so some nurse can get a kickback.

Patty Kelly CNP is simply the best! She is so sweet and kind! Truly cares about you! I simply love her! Very knowledgeable! I have known her since I was a teenager so half of my life! I would absolutely positively recommend Patty Kelly

She is by far the best health care provider you can go to! She takes the time to listen and demonstrates superior knowledge. A rare gem in the field of medicine.
