Total betrayal made me see she was being governed by someone. Did not provide individualized care and she saw my conditions getting worse than better, but would shrug her shoulders & lower medications without justification & without my knowledge. When changing from one medicine to another to be equivalent dosage, she agreed in person but prescribed 65% less which is dangerous. When I call to speak with her, not allowed & told once meds are reduced, they cannot go back up. The CDC guide is used as law in their favor but not the patients. The notes in my records are so wrong about what is actually said. Hours and hours are wasted every appointment just waiting to be seen then told can't spend much time with me. The office mgr. is boss who does the stupid act when I question unjustified reduction in meds. I was a patient many years but too many lies, too many hours waiting, too many acts of deceit, I'm done & will never go back. There is no PCP here either.
