It usually takes six sessions or so to determine if someone is effective for your case, which is why I gave this time. Tricia listens but did not provide much input for my specific case, even though I asked for her to weigh in on multiple occasions. I was doing all of the work - there was no course correction on her part. It's important to feel detached from your clients, but I found her to be uninvolved. I did not think it was worth the money. She is a good listener, but don't expect much else.
