Completely Misdiagnosed My Condition
I saw her about 3 years ago presenting with hair loss, which she completely misdiagnosed as stress-related. I ended up seeking a second opinion when the loss continued and was diagnosed with alopecia. She told me there was no way I had that due to my age. Because of how far along my condition was at the point of the second consultation, I ended up losing 80% of my hair, which could have been stymied had I been initially correctly diagnosed or even given a referral to a dermatologist from her. If you’re seeing her for any kind of thing outside of an annual, I’d recommend getting a second opinion.
